By using the Lunio app and related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

Lunio is a client management tool for businesses, coaches, and studios. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the data you enter and for any SMS or communications you send through the Service (including compliance with telecom and marketing laws).

Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it updated.

Subscriptions and payments

If you use paid features, additional terms and pricing apply as shown in the app. Fees are charged in advance where applicable. Refund and cancellation terms are as stated at the time of purchase.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the last updated date at the top of this page.
